Disabled access is provided with the inclusion of a lightly graded tarmac slope up to the entrance of the property. The garden consists of a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a lawned garden. The property has parking for two vehicles (albeit there are no parking restrictions on the quiet main road 30 yards away from the driveway of the property).
Inside the property there is a large entrance hall with storage for boots and coats and a wash room with toilet.
The entire property comes with underfloor heating, ensuring a cosy feel during your stay.
You then enter the large contemporary open plan living area – which includes kitchen & dining area – running alongside a sumptuous lounge including a beautiful log burner in the centre. Off the kitchen is a fully equipped utility room with washer and separate dryer.
Within the kitchen there are integrated appliances such as fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen has all the crockery and cooking equipment you could possibly need. We also supply a limited number of logs, fire lighting equipment, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, tin foil, dish cloths, bin bags etc.
The entire property is on one level. Off the long corridor are four bedrooms (the master is en suite) and a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed with views overlooking the valley and a sperate en suite including a shower. Bedroom 2 has another king size bed, Bedroom 3 has a double bed and Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single at the top.
All bedrooms have drawers, hanging space and areas to get ready including some with dressing tables.
